Using the Daily Health & Cleansing
Tea: The tea blend is
packaged in convenient large weekly tea bags. They allow for brewing 1 weeks
supply of tea at a time. The tea can be brewed as a standard tea or as a concentrate. Use 1 tea bag for standard potency and 2 tea bags for a high potency blend with either of the brewing instructions below. 1. Standard brewing: 2. Concentrated brewing: We recommend that you start by taking a smaller amount and see how your system responds then adjust the amount according to how much cleansing/detox effects you desire. As you gain experience in using the tea you will be able to determine how much you need to take to have the cleansing effect you want to achieve. After becoming familiar with the tea many people find themselves simply taking a swig out of the container stored in the refrigerator from time to time as their body requires. Some like to include the tea as a regular part of their health program and take it on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule. It is also fine to take it on a sporadic schedule or as you feel your body and digestion requires. We are often our own best guides in deciding what our bodies need if we tune in and feel what helps us to be healthy. Here is a
